Welcome to SongRank ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SongRank website and services located at songrank.dev & song-rank.com (the "Service") operated by Kyle Evangelisto.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SongRank is a platform that provides track and artist rankings and data analysis services. Our Service allows users to track, analyze, and rank musical content according to proprietary algorithms, various metrics and criteria.

3. User Accounts

Our Service requires authentication through Spotify. By using our Service, you must have a valid Spotify account and agree to comply with Spotify's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Spotify account credentials. We do not store your Spotify login credentials and rely on Spotify's authentication system to verify your identity. Any violations of Spotify's terms while using our Service may result in termination of your access to SongRank.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts

  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

  • To submit false or misleading information

  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the SongRank service owner and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the SongRank service owner:

  • Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents

  • Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website
